Painting with Ghosts
Painting with ghosts is a ghoulishly good time, not to be missed! Join the talented Amanda Kennedy of Flourish Art Studio and Classroom along with the intuitive medium, Jamie Roth, for a delightfully spooky evening filled with creativity and spirited fun. Together, we will be adding whimsical and eerie touches—think ghosts, pumpkins, witches, oh my!—onto old paintings found in local shops. You may have spotted this trendy and enchanted activity on Tik Tok last year, and now you have the chance to experience it firsthand! Under Amanda’s expert guidance, you will unleash your inner artist, while Jamie will tap into the spirits from beyond to channel special messages for our guests.
*All supplies are included in the cost.
*Jamie will do her best to get to everyone in the group with a message from beyond, but cannot guarantee that.

The Art of Feeling Mini Retreat
"The Art of Feeling" mini retreat is a one day, totally immersive and transformative experience that invites individuals to embrace their emotional authenticity, cultivate resilience, and embark on a journey towards greater self-awareness and personal growth.
Throughout the mini retreat, participants will engage in a variety of experiential workshops, guided meditations, expressive arts activities, and mindful movement practices. Led by artist and art teacher, Amanda Kennedy of Flourish Art Studio and Classroom, along with Intuitive Healer Jamie Roth. Each session is designed to lovingly guide participants towards a greater understanding and acceptance of their emotional landscape.
This mini retreat will guide us into the emotional landscape of Sacred Anger and Peace.
Although anger can often appear very intimidating and overwhelming at times, when it is engaged with and addressed in a healthy, expressive manner, it transforms into a truly valuable emotion to express. This powerful feeling can serve as a guide, helping us to understand our needs and boundaries more clearly.
Peace is that delightful sensation that wraps around you like a warm, fluffy blanket on a chilly day. It invites a sense of stillness and harmony amidst the chaos of life. In moments of peace, the heart slows its frantic pace, and the mind finds a serene oasis, allowing you to breathe deeply and connect with the essence of who you truly are. It’s the quietude that fills your heart with contentment, reminding you that even in the stormiest of times, you can cultivate an inner sanctuary where joy and calm coexist.
SCHEDULE
8:45 am The doors open to begin gathering.
9:00 am Cacao opening ceremony. Cacao is a beautiful medicine of the Earth that leads us into our heart space and helps create the heart centered connection among the group. We will take this time to talk about our emotional landscapes and create the sacred container for the day.
10:00 am Sacred Anger workshops. Jamie will lead body exercises to help release the sacred anger you've been holding onto for too long. Get ready to embrace your righteous anger in a sacred container where you’ll be safely guided through your emotions. Amanda will then lead an art workshop to help you process and move through that anger. We promise we won’t leave you angry.
12:00 pm Lunch. You will be provided a nourishing lunch with time to reflect and gather in community. Vegan and GF options will be available.
1:00 pm Peace workshops. Jamie will lead a breathwork meditation to bring you into a state of peace and tranquility, followed by Amanda leading you in a creative process of peace.
3:00 pm Snack break. Light refreshments and beverages provided.
3:30 pm Reiki + Art. This will be a time to journal, enjoy more art processing options as well as receive Reiki from Jamie and Amanda.
5:00 pm Blue lotus tea and share circle. Let’s gather in a cozy circle with soothing cups of relaxing Blue Lotus tea in hand, and openly share our experiences, thoughts, and stories. When we come together in this sacred way, we are embodying the beautiful traditions of our ancestors who valued connection. And when women unite in this nurturing space, they create a powerful energy that fosters healing and growth together.
The self-investment for this day is: $300.

Introducing our Monthly Women’s community Circle every first Saturday of the month at 6pm.
Join our vibrant group of humans, as we foster connections, share insights, and uplift each other. Discover the power of genuine support and guidance.
This will not be a guided workshop. This is a monthly drop-in event in which Jamie will offer a topic to discuss, a meditation, journal prompt or other offerings. This is meant to be an easy going, affordable community gathering option of like-minded spiritual humans.
You do not have to sign up in advance to come, but you most certainly can.
*The small fee ($10 cash) will be collected and used for scholarships for those in need of Jamie Roth's services that cannot budget them in at this time. But you are welcome to come even if you don’t have the fee*

Fire walking Ceremony/Fire element workshop
This will be the Fire Element Workshop (of the Element Series).
Firstly, Jamie Roth will lead an hour long discussion the element of fire and how to bring it’s energy into our lives daily, or as needed. through ritual.
Then special guest Daphne Paras of Sacred Seeker, will lead a two hour workshop on the sacred ritual of fire walking. Fire walking is practiced throughout many cultural traditions as a method of overcoming barriers in one's mind and body. When you attend this event, you will share a transcendent space that empowers participants to tap into ancient wisdom and profound courage.
As a Sakahan Firewalk Master, Daphne Paras is uniquely qualified to lead you through a series of awakening exercises and discussions that invite participants into growth, healing, inspiration, self-realization, and power. When you are ready, you will be guided through the process of safely crossing the coals – moving yourself from a space of fear into one of empowerment and action!
We will be walking on coals, however walking is always optional, and participants benefit from this workshop regardless of whether they walk or not. You will also be given three opportunities to get up the courage to walk across the coals.
Light and cooling refreshments will be offered.
PLEASE NOTE THIS EVENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. The majority of the fee will be given to our out-of-town guest host. Daphne will be traveling from of of state with an assistant and all of the wood and necessities to lead this event safely.
TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED A MONTH IN ADVANCE, by Aug, 7. We need to ensure we will have enough participants to bring Daphne to town.
There are two ticket prices:
Solo ticket = $180.

Tickets are transferrable
If for some reason you do have to miss the event, $50 of the cost can be used towards another one of Jamie’s events or workshops, exclusions apply
Water Element Ceremony
The Water element is connected to femininity, emotions, and flow state. Water is a subtle element that also has immense power.
This event will be two parts.
First we will meet at Wild Cat Creek Park for a water element ceremony, (about 1.5 hrs).
Then those that would like to, can join on a leisurely tube float down the wild cat Creek. (This typically takes 2-3 hours depending on water level on the river.
If you are not comfortable in the water, or simply don't want to float, you do not have to, and are welcome to sit by the waters edge, or leave after the ceremony.
Jamie does have several tubes to share. Jamie will help Coordinate cars to and from starting/point and ending point.
